Project Summary:

Freese and Nichols is designing roadway and utility improvements for Turtle Creek boulevard Between Levee Street and Market Center Boulevard. The improvements will include replacing the existing roadways with new concrete streets with curb and gutter drainage and replacing the water and sanitary sewer lines within the project limits. The roadway alignments at the intersection with Industrial Boulevard and Market Center Boulevard are also being improved as part of this project. The section between Irving Boulevard and Market Center, next to Turtle Creek, is being designed to accommodate a pedestrian trail planned by the Friends of the Old Trinity Trail to be constructed in the future.
