Project Summary:

The City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department and Freese and Nichols are currently developing a master plan for a 160 acre soccer complex located southwest of the intersection of Walnut Hill Drive and I-35E. The master plan will incorporate youth and adult soccer fields in a layout that provides; centralized parking that is convienient to all fields, restrooms, concessions, and storage facilities, a perimeter nature trail, and irrigation and lighting for all of the fields. The master plan will incorporate feedback from potential user groups and will place an emphasis on enviromentally sensitive development of the athletic complex. The project team is presently collecting data and performing a site analysis. The website will be updated regularly as the master plan development continues.
