Capital Improvement Program

To maintain the quality of life our citizens have come to expect, and to meet the future demands of our growing city, the City Council and City Staff have identified $159.8 million of capital improvement projects over the next 5 years. Improvements include equipment purchases and new construction and repair of streets, alleys, the water and sewer system, improved drainage, parks and facilities.
