The proposed improvements presented at the last Public Meeting reflect the most natural approach considering the erosive potential of this channel. As the project progresses, we will consider various factors such as cost, environmental impacts, maintenance, and constructability in developing a more detailed design. Another factor we would like to consider is public preference. Although we can not ensure that we will be able to grant all requests, we will do our best to weigh all of the factors in designing a safe and aesthetically pleasing channel.
